Customer Service Representative

Redfield, SD


Job Description: We are searching for an organized, attentive customer service representative to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer requests and inquiries, make recommendations about bank products and services, maintain and balance cash supplies, and keep track of bank records and financial information.

The ideal candidate should have a professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude. They should also be courteous, efficient, helpful, and accurate.


Assist customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

Answer customer questions.

Inform customers about bank products and services.

Maintain and balancing cash drawers.

Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.

Follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Keep clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.

Use software including Microsoft Office, to track bank information.


High school diploma or higher education

Detail Oriented



Friendly & Personable

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
